Frequency division circuit diagram of Hall integrated component DN6839

Source: InternetPublisher:toothache Keywords: Frequency dividing circuit circuit diagram Updated: 2021/10/04

As shown in the figure, it is a frequency dividing circuit using Hall integrated component DN6839 . In the circuit, DN6839 is used to detect the pulsation of the magnetic field to obtain the pulse signal waveform, and then divide the pulse signal to obtain the required frequency pulse. This kind of circuit is mostly used in situations where the magnetic field pulsation frequency is very high. Here, TC4013 is used to divide the frequency by 2, and the output signals of terminals A and B can also be used to synthesize pulse waveforms of other frequencies. DN6839 is a switching Hall integrated component, and its output is generally in the form of an open collector, making it easy to interface with MOS integrated circuits. In addition, the allowable current of the open collector is relatively large and can directly drive a load of 10 to 15mA.
