Intelligent pressure transmitter based on Analog Devices' ADuC7061

 
Overview

 This reference design uses Analog Devices' ADuC7061 as the main control chip (ARM7TDMI core, low power consumption, precision analog microcontroller), and uses the ADuC7061 internal buffer and amplifier to convert the onboard Epcos piezoresistive sensor differential voltage analog signal input into digital The quantity is converted into the corresponding linear analog or digital output through the internal algorithm, thereby achieving accurate measurement of pressure.
This reference design uses internal software to perform nonlinear calibration of temperature and pressure, and can achieve a system accuracy of up to 0.02% within the full temperature range of -30°C to 85°C (limited by the pressure sensor).
This reference design uses the RS232 interface to connect to the PC, and cooperates with the debugging software on the PC to perform factory debugging and parameter setting of the transmitter, which is simple and fast. (Users can also design their own interfaces such as RS485 or HART according to product needs) The
application fields of this reference design include petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, medical care, environmental control and other industrial fields.
