Overview

This is a 15W 5.0V/3.0A USB adapter reference design using quasi-resonant PWM integrated circuit ICE2QS03G, CoolMOS™ IPU60R950C6 (IPAK), OptiMOS™ BSC067N06LS3G and high-speed switching diode BAS21-03W, in a slim Plug form factor.

Feature description

Output overshoot/negative pulse during dynamic load: ±2%
Maximum input power (peak power) over the full input range: Input power < ±5%
Efficiency > 80% at average efficiency in active mode (25%, 50%, 75% and 100% load)
Standby: < 50mW at no load
