Single tube TV antenna amplifier circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:aerobotics Keywords: Antenna amplifier Updated: 2024/08/22
The TV signal from the antenna is coupled to the base of the transistor BG through the capacitor C1, amplified, and then taken out by the resonant circuit composed of inductors and capacitors. L1, L2 and the distributed capacitors at the output end of BG form a parallel resonant circuit with a resonant frequency of 48~92MHz, while the series resonant circuit composed of L3 and C4 has a resonant frequency of 165~225MHz. The entire circuit is staggered and tuned within the passband range of 48~225MHz, so it can amplify the TV signal of any channel in the VHF band.
